According to Caribbean Life, The vibrant, mouthwatering flavors of the global African Diaspora are returning to Brooklyn this Saturday, Oct. 3, at Brooklyn Bridge Park, with the hosting of the eighth annual Creole Food Festival, considered the nation’s premier culinary showcase dedicated to the interconnectedness of global Creole cuisine. Sara Freiseis, senior vice president for communications at the Brooklyn-based entertainment publicity company PlaybookMG, told Caribbean Life on Monday, Sept. 28, that the festival, founded in 2018 by Haitian-born entrepreneur Fabrice J. Armand, alongside co-founder Elkhair Balla, has grown over eight years “from a local vision into a multi-city phenomenon spanning New York, Miami, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Washington, D.C. “But returning to Brooklyn, under the iconic backdrop of the Brooklyn Bridge, holds a special significance for the organizers and the local Caribbean community,
